After recieving the brief on thursday due to my absence the first week I have began to understand what is being asked of me for this project and have started to compile a workbook to accompany the blog as I add to it. I have started to brainstorm ideas on the title ( representing your world ).I have come up with a number of possible areas I could go with regards to how I'm going to portray my world. One of my ideas of where I wanted to take this was to revisit my past, what has made me who I am today. So saturday I'm going to visit Lichfield in staffordshire where I grew up as a boy.I haven't been there for a long while, and there are some good memories and some sad ones too. It's going to be interesting for me now that I'm fully grown to go back to my childhood. I should have some very good images to talk about. I will also have worked out the overall structure of how I'm going to represent my world. I'm a little behind but I'm catching up quickly.Meanwhile here are three images of some other ideas I have come up with. The first image is of the contents of my kitchen drawer at home. one of my new years resolutions was to de-clutter my life and clear out all the crap that somehow I've accumulated over the past few years. Its the same with the side of my bed, The cupboard under the stairs, the garden shed, all full of empty boxes and old clothes and bric a brac that should have been thrown out long ago. The annoying thing about it is I still haven't gotten round to doing it. Well now that I've raised the issue on my blog maybe It'll be on my list of priorities and I could document it as I clean each one out. Vey interesting I know.
Second image is the lights on the ceiling of my bus home from uni. It's dark outside, its winter, I'm tired from a hard day at uni, I'm drifting in and out of sleep,This is part of my life at the moment, not that important, but it's all part of the process of me graduating and creating a better life for myself.
Final image for today is of one of my fish, called Agent cooper, named after a character from the 90's cult series Twin Peaks. I took it because he's one of the ugliest fish I've seen, and again it's a little part of my life.
